Fallout: Revival staff are unpaid volunteers. There is no compensation for your work on the server, and you have no rights as employees, since you are not employees.

Fallout: Revival staff may resign or be dismissed/demoted at any time for any reason.

Fallout: Revival staff do not constitute legal partners or owners of Fallout: Revival and thus cannot make any legally binding contracts or perform financial actions on behalf of Fallout: Revival. Further, Fallout: Revival and its' proprietor are therefore not responsible for any financial or legal actions by the server staff, and takes no legal responsibility for their actions.

All staff Authority stems from the Fallout: Revival proprietor. Staff have no rights nor responsibilities, except for the expectation that they follow and enforce the server rules, and that failure to do as the Proprietor requests/wishes may result in demotion or dimsissal.

The Proprietor of Fallout: Revival reserves the right to edit this page and this agreement at any time, with or without warning or notice to staff.
